If my experience of working from home this year has taught me anything, it’s how incredibly important face-to-face events really are.

You just can’t beat the buzz and excitement of getting people together in one room. And frankly, some messages are too important to risk getting lost in the inbox or diluted across the ether.

VIRTUAL EVENTS WORTH SHOUTING ABOUT

Whilst we’ve all adapted well to our change in circumstance, with home offices set up and online meeting facilities like Microsoft Teams, Skype and Zoom mastered, working in isolation at home, I realised the importance of face-to-face interaction with my wonderful team, suppliers and clients.

Nothing can quite compare to the buzz of excitement that surrounds an event. The opportunity to connect with your audience, share knowledge, engage, excite and motivate people.

As organisations become more global and teams spread out across the world, high-quality communication has probably never been more important. And whilst they certainly play a vital role, applications like Teams, Skype and Zoom were never intended to be used as a replacement to face-to-face events.

But sometimes – like in the midst of a pandemic – face-to-face events just can’t happen. Never one to shy away from a challenge, our mission at Zanna Events during lockdown was to come up with a fantastic new solution we could offer our clients as an additional string to our bow. After a lot of research, we’ve identified and partnered with a team of audio visual experts to provide a solution that will help our clients create exhilarating and visually dynamic virtual events.

Using the power of high-end digital TV broadcast technology and the distributive power of the Cloud, we can now create tailored events that feel real. They can entertain, engage and involve your audience.

Virtual live conferencing is ideal for sales conferences, awards shows, training programmes or product launches. We can include live Q&A sessions, polling, social media. You can even run separate break-out workshops, small working groups or roundtables, just as you would if you were hosting a face-to-face event.
